Size change:

You can request a size exchange only for the exact same product purchased. Before requesting a size exchange, make sure that the size you are requesting in exchange is available in our store.

To make a size change you must fill out the form here .

The return shipping of the product is paid by the customer, the subsequent shipping of the change of size of the product is paid by the store. Once we receive the item, we will proceed with the exchange if and only if it is not damaged.

Returns:

We only accept returns if the goods are deemed to be defective.

In such cases, it is possible to return the item which, after verification and approval, will result in the issuing of a voucher of equal value to the returned product to be used within one year.

Items must be returned complete with all “tags” and “labels”, in the same condition in which they were sent. Furthermore, returned products must not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, worn and used. In the event that these conditions are not respected, the return cannot be accepted.
